Welcome to the store!

Willow & Main Market operates in the original Richard Wood Store, built in the late 1700s. The store has a reputation of being the the first WaWa store. While this technically is not true, Richard Wood would later open and operate an additional store in Salem county, and then to Pennsylvania where the Wood family would begin the WaWa dairy and first official WaWa store.

Willow & Main Market is named after the streets the store was situated on during the Richard Wood era. Willow Street, now known as Bacon's Neck, and Main Street, officially named Ye Greate Street in the 1980s.
